24 Hours in Frankfurt
For avid traveler, a tourism city in just one day does not seem to be a good idea at all. But there are others who prefer to do some laps and see the best sites, take pictures and possibly bring home a few keepsakes and collectibles. Most business travelers with a spare day before or after a conference or a sale of assets fall into this category. Frankfurt and to be one of the busiest hub airports in Europe, fits perfectly into this framework.
Your tour to the city centre. This is probably a half-day more. Before the Second World War bombing flattened the city, this was one of the Germany’s largest and most historic sites. Restored with gusto, the old road to bring here some of the most monumental monuments. Take a trip to Goethehaus, the house where the largest German writer, Goethe, was born in 1749.
